Wheeler fell victim to Boone Grove and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Wolves, falling 10-0. The Bearcats have struggled against the Wolves recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Wheeler's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Boone Grove, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-5.

Wheeler wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-7 loss against Hobart on the 16th. As for Boone Grove, they have also already played their next contest, a 34-9 victory against River Forest on the 16th.
