Soccer Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Ysleta Indians, falling 6-0. Mountain View haven't had much luck with Ysleta recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Ysleta, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Mountain View is set to face off against their familiar foe Austin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ysleta will take on rival Irvin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
