After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Cabrini finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They lost 12-2 to the Manton Rangers. The Monarchs' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Cabrini saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hannah Ferrence, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one run.

Cabrini's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Manton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Cabrini will challenge Glen Lake at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Manton, they will take on Roscommon at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
