Soccer Recap: North Stafford Takes a Loss

North Stafford fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Massaponax on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, North Stafford can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while Massaponax are ranked seventh).

North Stafford's goal came courtesy of William Romero-Lovos, who's now up to two this season.

North Stafford now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Massaponax, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 7-0-1.
