The final score came out to 25-20, 25-7, 25-18.

Yucaipa's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Xavier Prep, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Yucaipa didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Paloma Valley on the 18th. As for Xavier Prep, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Rancho Christian on the 15th.
