Volleyball Recap: Lac Courte Oreilles Victorious

Lac Courte Oreilles was forced to take a big defeat against Butternut last Thursday, they got the better of them on Saturday. The Eagles came out on top against the Midgets by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Midgets last Thursday, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Lac Courte Oreilles not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Butternut between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16.

Despite the loss, Butternut still got an impressive performance from Lizzie Pritzl, who had eight digs and four aces.

Lac Courte Oreilles' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Butternut, they dropped their record down to 9-12 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.
