Soccer Game Preview: Grafton vs. Nitro + How To Watch

The Grafton Bearcats will face off against the Nitro Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Grafton's last seven matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Grafton is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of West Virginia's top teams: East Fairmont, who was ranked 12th at the time (Grafton was ranked 17th). While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Bearcats who were credited with the win last Wednesday. Grafton got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to East Fairmont's three. Braydon Taylor had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Grafton.

Nitro is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup last Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Spring Valley. Winning may never get old, but Nitro sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Nitro's win bumped their record up to 20-0-2. As for Grafton, their victory bumped their record up to 15-4-3.
