It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Trenton can now relate to. They fell just short of the Chelsea Bulldogs by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The Trojans' loss signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Joel Mator was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.

Trenton's defeat dropped their record down to 30-10. As for Chelsea, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Trenton nor Chelsea have any future games scheduled.
