It was a good run, but Alcoa unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 59-49 to the Booker Tornadoes.

Alcoa's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Booker, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Alcoa will head out on the road to face off against Austin-East at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Booker, they will take on Venice in a tournament on Thursday. One thing working in Booker's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
