Basketball Recap: Henryetta Comes Up Short

Henryetta lost against Holdenville back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Henryetta Knights received a blow as they fell 66-51 to the Holdenville Wolverines.

Wyatt Seeley had an outrageously good game for Holdenville as he went 6-for-10 en route to 17 points along with six rebounds and five steals. The contest was Seeley's third in a row with at least 17 points. Boston Lowe was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Henryetta's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Holdenville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Henryetta will welcome Dove Science Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Holdenville, they will host Little Axe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
