Volleyball Game Preview: Taylorsville Warriors vs. Hunter Wolverines

Taylorsville hasn't had much luck against Hunter recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Warriors will face off against the Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Taylorsville came up short against West Jordan on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Taylorsville was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-18, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Hunter lost 3-0 to Hillcrest on Thursday.

Hunter might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on Hillcrest: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-22, 25-22.

Taylorsville's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Hunter, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-10.

Taylorsville might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Hunter in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
