Volleyball Recap: Carrollton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Carrollton lost against Northside back in August of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots. Trojans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Patriots since Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15.

Brooklyn Glenn paced Carrollton's offense, picking up six kills. Glenn got some help from Olivia Sims and her 11 assists.

This is the second loss in a row for Carrollton and nudges their season record down to 16-19. As for Northside, they pushed their record up to 14-15 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Carrollton and Northside will both be playing Chapel Hill the next time they take the court. The Patriots will head out to face the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
