Soccer Recap: Highland Triumphs

After failing to score in their last game, Highland made sure to put some goals up on the board against East Chicago Central on Monday. They never let the Cardinals get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Highland's winning goal came courtesy of Ayden Kobeszka.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 4-5-1. As for East Chicago Central, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Highland will take on Lowell at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lowell will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Highland surely won't give up without a fight. As for East Chicago Central, they will face off against Portage at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. East Chicago Central are facing Portage at the right time seeing as Portage are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
