Basketball Recap: Brookfield East Takes a Loss

Brookfield East was the 63-53 winner over Brookfield Central when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The match between the Brookfield East Spartans and the Brookfield Central Lancers didn't end well, with the Brookfield East Spartans falling 60-42. The game marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Brookfield East and nudges their season record down to 13-8. As for Brookfield Central, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Brookfield East will be playing at home against Waukesha West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brookfield Central, they are taking a road trip to square off against Germantown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
