Soccer Recap: St. Augustine Has No Trouble Against Atlantic Coast

While St. Augustine didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-13-2), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past the Atlantic Coast Stingrays 3-0 on Friday. St. Augustine might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by three goals or more this season.

Ryan Fastner was the driving force of St. Augustine's attack as he scored all three of St. Augustine's goals, bringing his season total up to ten goals.

The win made it two in a row for St. Augustine and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Atlantic Coast, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, St. Augustine will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Seabreeze at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Atlantic Coast, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Mandarin at 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
