Soccer Recap: Bryant Takes a Loss

If Bryant was feeling good fresh off their 4-1 takedown of Lane on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Owls came up short against Metropolitan on Thursday, falling 6-1. Bryant were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Metropolitan apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Bryant has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-3-2 record this season. As for Metropolitan, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bryant is set to take on their familiar foe Forest Hills at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Metropolitan will square off against rival Academy of American Studies at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
