Volleyball Recap: Boyd County Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Boyd County had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Cabell Midland Knights on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 25-20.

Boyd County and Cabell Midland will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Lions are set to challenge their familiar foe Fairview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cabell Midland will take on rival Spring Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
