Basketball Recap: New Miami Takes a Loss

New Miami was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were beaten by the St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Titans 62-33. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-33 back in January.

New Miami's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for St. Bernard-Elmwood Place, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season.

New Miami has already played their next match (against Spencer Center), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. St. Bernard-Elmwood Place has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Reading.
