Baseball Recap: Bradshaw Mountain Comes Up Short

The Bradshaw Mountain Bears didn't have quite enough to beat the Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks on Wednesday and fell 13-12. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Garison Jones and Drew Strader did some serious damage despite the final result: Jones went 1-for-4 with one home run and four RBI, while Strader went 3-for-4 with three runs and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Dylan Williams, who went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Bradshaw Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Ironwood Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-8 record this season.

Bradshaw Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ironwood Ridge, they have already played their next game, an 8-0 win against Mesquite on the 10th.
