Baseball Recap: Union Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Union can now relate to. They lost 15-5 to the Seminary Bulldogs on Saturday. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Union saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tanner Watkins, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Union now has a losing record of 11-12-1. As for Seminary, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 25-4.

While Union had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
