Sumner skates past Palm Harbor University with ease

The Sumner Stingrays entered their tilt with the Palm Harbor University Hurricanes with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Sumner really took it to Palm Harbor University for the full four quarters, racking up a 65-34 win on the road. Considering Sumner has won four matches by more than 22 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Sumner's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Karsten Walker, who scored 16 points along with three blocks. The game was Walker's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Douglas, who scored 15 points.

Sumner is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Palm Harbor University, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.
