For the second straight game, Oasis Academy will face off against Pershing County. The Bighorns will be playing at home against the Mustangs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Oasis Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.8 runs per game this season.

Oasis Academy's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Pershing County as they made off with an 8-0 win. The Bighorns haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Fenn Mackedon and Ryder McNabb made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Mackedon tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, McNabb tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Mackedon has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances. At the plate, Mackedon went 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double, while McNabb scored a run while going 2-for-5. That's the most hits Mackedon has posted since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, Zachary Budner was excellent, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was James Thibodaux, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
