Fort Wayne South Side entered their tilt with Fort Wayne Wayne on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with  a   7-3  victory over the Generals. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Archers also won the last time the pair played  back in May of 2024.
 Drew Pancake spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on seven hits.
 At the plate,  Cameron Culver and  Casen Harl did most of the damage at the plate:  Culver  went 2-for-3 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI, while  Harl  went 1-for-3 with three  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  RBI. Harl has been hot, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last five times he's  played.  Braxton Davis also deserves some recognition as  he  hit his first  double of the season.
Fort Wayne South Side picked up their first home  win, bumping their record up to 5-8. As for Fort Wayne Wayne,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-5.
Fort Wayne South Side will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Generals: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
