Volleyball Game Preview: Harlem Huskies vs. Jefferson J-Hawks

The Harlem Huskies will face off against the Jefferson J-Hawks at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Harlem didn't have quite enough to beat Hononegah and fell 2-1. The Huskies haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Harlem sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-19, 23-25, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to Boylan Catholic.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-13.

Harlem's loss dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Jefferson, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-14.

Harlem beat Jefferson 2-0 when the teams last played back in April. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the J-Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
