West Middlesex is a perfect 10-0 against Reynolds since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Big Reds will challenge the Raiders at 4:15 p.m. West Middlesex is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.

West Middlesex came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against North East, falling 11-3. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Big Reds, who until this matchup were averaging 3.71 runs allowed.

West Middlesex saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Kent, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Reynolds' offense. They lost 9-0 to Greenville on Thursday. The Raiders haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

West Middlesex moved to 5-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Reynolds, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Reynolds' pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: West Middlesex has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .456. It's a different story for Reynolds, though, as they've only averaged .286. Will they be able to contain West Middlesex's hitters?

West Middlesex took their victory against Reynolds when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0 score. Will the Big Reds repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
