Baldwin had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 57.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mason County Eastern Cardinals 66-35. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Mason County Eastern had strong showings from Milo Shoup, who posted 15 points, and Josh Rogers, who earned 11 points.

The win got Baldwin back to even at 4-4. As for Mason County Eastern, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Baldwin will head out to challenge Mesick at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mason County Eastern, they will be playing at home against White Cloud at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
