Marquette Manor Baptist Academy proved they can win big last Friday (they won by eight) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots 5-4. Winning may never get old, but Marquette Manor Baptist Academy sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

They hit HomeSchool Resource Center with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Daniel Ebeid (2), Avenere Sheyko (2), and Ezekiel Mabus.

Marquette Manor Baptist Academy's win bumped their record up to 13-1-2. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-7.

Marquette Manor Baptist Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 7-5 victory against East Moline Christian on the 24th. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against FAITH HomeSchool on the 23rd.
