After only one run in their last matchup, Limestone made sure to put some runs up on the board against Farmington on Friday. Limestone was the clear victor by an 11-4 margin over Farmington. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Rockets' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.
Evan Daxenbichler made a big impact no matter where he played. He pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. Daxenbichler was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
