Baseball Recap: Knoxville Central Has No Trouble Against Fleming Island

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hardin Valley Academy, Knoxville Central was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Fleming Island Golden Eagles 11-4. Considering the Bobcats have won three matches by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Knoxville Central's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Fleming Island, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

When Knoxville Central and Fleming Island next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Knoxville Central will take on Buchholz and their 13-game winning streak at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Similarly, Fleming Island will try to stop McMinn County's four-game winning streak when they meet at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
