Center lost against Wheatland back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Pirates. The Cougars' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-16, 25-15.

Wheatland was led to victory by Miranda Wilke and Addison Gaylord. Wilke had 29 assists and five digs, while Gaylord had nine digs and two aces. Wilke is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Center's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Wheatland, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-8.

Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wheatland, they have already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against River Islands on the 28th.
