East Jefferson won the last time they faced Fisher and things went their way on Friday too. The East Jefferson Warriors put the hurt on the Fisher Gators with a sharp 9-2 win. Considering the Warriors have won five matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

East Jefferson is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. With the loss, Fisher broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Jefferson will take on New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Fisher, they will challenge Benjamin Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
