Basketball Recap: Dobie Comes Up Short

Dobie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 67-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pasadena Memorial Mavericks. While losing is never fun, the Longhorns can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 913th, while the Mavericks are ranked 442nd).

Dobie's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Pasadena Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Shadow Creek the next time they take the court. Dobie will host Shadow Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Pasadena Memorial will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on December 17th.
