Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Malvern Prep). They took their game on Saturday with ease, bagging a 49-14 victory over the William Penn Charter Quakers. With the Friars ahead 35-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Malvern Prep pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.7 points on average over those games. As for William Penn Charter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
