Daniel Boone is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against J.P. McCaskey. Daniel Boone walked away with a 3-1 victory over J.P. McCaskey on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Blazers in their matchups with the Red Tornado: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Ephrata was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Governor Mifflin.

While Ephrata ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 22-25, 25-18.
