Volleyball Recap: Grenada Comes Up Short

Grenada lost against Olive Branch back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chargers lost 3-0 to the Conquistadors. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Olive Branch's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Grace Baker, who had seven assists and four aces. Natali Williams was another key player, getting 12 digs.

Grenada's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Olive Branch, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grenada will challenge Saltillo at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Olive Branch, they will square off against Caledonia at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday.
