Softball Recap: New Trier Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact New Trier can now relate to. They lost 6-0 to the Loyola Academy Ramblers on Wednesday. The Trevians have struggled against the Ramblers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

New Trier's loss dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Loyola Academy, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 15-15.

As of now, neither New Trier nor the Ramblers have any future games scheduled.
