Victoria Soto dropped their record down to 8-6 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Clemente Wildcats, falling 18-8. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-4 on April 4th.

As for Clemente, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won seven matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

For Clemente's part, they got a massive performance out of Sabrina Negron, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI. Negron has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. Kayla Porrata was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Victoria Soto has already played their next game (against South Shore International), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Clemente, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 21-1 victory against Goode STEM Academy on the 30th.
