Dynamic duo of Ruger Nicholls and Kaizer Summers lead Mackay to victory

Recap: Mackay Miners vs. Clark County Bobcats
The Mackay Miners won the last time they faced the Clark County Bobcats, and things went their way on Friday too. Mackay enjoyed a cozy 33-14 win over Clark County. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Mackay has scored all year.
Mackay was led to victory by Ruger Nicholls and Kaizer Summers. Nicholls scored eight points along with five rebounds and five steals, while Summers dropped a double-double on 12 points and 20 rebounds. Summers is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Holt, who scored four points along with seven rebounds.
The win got Mackay back to even at 8-8. As for Clark County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Mackay will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Leadore at 5:00 p.m. on February 2nd. As for Clark County, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on American Heritage at 5:00 p.m. on January 31st.
