Basketball Recap: Hartford Takes a Loss

Hartford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 64-32 loss at the hands of the Olpe Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Jaguars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 224th, while the Eagles are ranked 90th).

Hartford's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Olpe, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hartford will host Madison on January 21st. As for Olpe, they will welcome Marais des Cygnes Valley at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
