Baseball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Trinity Christian Academy lost against Mainland back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trinity Christian Academy Eagles fell 10-6 to the Mainland Buccaneers. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly four runs.

Nasir Ramirez and Richaun Amaro stepped up to the plate in a big way. Ramirez scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Amaro scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Kuczynski, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Trinity Christian Academy's record is now 0-2. As for Mainland, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Trinity Christian Academy will take on Matanzas at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mainland, they will face off against Crescent City at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
