Baseball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Culver

Culver waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 16-3 margin over the Mohawk Mustangs. Considering the Bulldogs have won five matchups by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Culver pushed their record up to 9-2-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Mohawk, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Culver beat the Mustangs by a score of 16-1 on Friday.
