Soccer Recap: East Carter Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins on the Road + How To Watch

After flying high against Fleming County on Saturday, East Carter came back down to earth. The Raiders fell just short of the Boyd County Lions by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. East Carter were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Boyd County apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

East Carter's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3-1. As for Boyd County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Carter will square off against Spring Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Boyd County, they will challenge Bourbon County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
