Basehor-Linwood came tearing into Tuesday's contest with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the West Chargers as they made off with a 21-4 victory. The Bobcats' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Basehor-Linwood's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5-3.
