Recap: Temple City Rams vs. San Marino Titans
The Temple City Rams's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by San Marino at home and fell 85-41. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Temple City in their matchups with the Titans: they've now lost eight in a row.
Several Rams players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brayden Kwan, who scored nine points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Elkan Lai, who scored seven points.
Temple City struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Temple City has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season. As for San Marino, their victory bumped their record up to 21-6.
Temple City will head out on the road to challenge the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Monrovia is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for San Marino, they will be playing at home against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
