Volleyball Recap: Lake Zurich Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lake Zurich lost against Stevenson back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bears fell 2-0 to the Patriots.

While Lake Zurich was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23.

Lake Zurich has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-14 record this season. As for Stevenson, they pushed their record up to 22-11 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Lake Zurich and Wheeling will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stevenson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Glenbard West at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
