While Richfield's win against St. Paul Central wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Spartans won by a run and slipped past the Minutemen 6-5. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Minutemen recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Richfield's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for St. Paul Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richfield will face off against Robbinsdale Cooper at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Paul Central, they will head out to take on Highland Park at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
