Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shepherd Hill Regional). Everything went their way against the Oakmont Regional Spartans on Friday as they made off with a 62-38 victory. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 36-6 win the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.

Shepherd Hill Regional pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.7 points over those games. As for Oakmont Regional, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shepherd Hill Regional will take on Marlborough at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers' defense has only allowed 9.7 points per game this season, so the Rams' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Oakmont Regional, they are taking a road trip to challenge West Boylston/Tahanto at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
