Basketball Recap: Waccamaw Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

Waccamaw lost to Andrews back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Waccamaw Warriors came out on top against the Andrews Yellowjackets by a score of 52-41.

Waccamaw has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.1 points per game. As for Andrews, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

Waccamaw won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Johnsonville at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Andrews, they will head out to challenge Academic Magnet at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
