Luke Robillard Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Tupper Lake's Luke Robillard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Robillard rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.3 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (100.2) per game. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up two sacks and making eight total tackles.
Robillard is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Waterville on Friday. When Robillard last faced the Indians back in October of 2023, he rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown.

Keeping Mudge company is Carter Highers, a fellow Morrisville-Eaton player. He picked up 110 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 50 yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Highers might just drop another big game when he faces off against Bishop Grimes on Saturday. Highers rushed for 139 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also picked up 67 receiving yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Cobras duked it out back in September of 2023.

On Friday, Tupper Lake got the W thanks in part to Kyler McClain playing the best football he has all season. McClain rushed for 34 yards and two touchdowns.
