Baseball Recap: Palmer Trinity Falcons vs. Ransom Everglades Raiders

They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the Ransom Everglades Raiders on Monday. The win was familiar territory for Palmer Trinity who now have five in a row.

Andres Williams made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits over four innings pitched. Williams was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Lorenzo Rodriguez was excellent, going 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI.

On Ransom Everglades' side, Juan Velazco made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 4-for-4 with a stolen base and an RBI. Velazco has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.
